"Good branding is tough, but it's the only thing that many customers use as a basis for their purchases. It encompasses many aspects of a business, and one of the most important is social media. In today's increasingly digital world, things like Facebook, Instagram, and a website are the first hurdle for new customers. How do you cut through the clutter and interest customers? It all starts with quality images.
You eat with your eyes first. In a very literal sense, if a restaurant has unappealing or poor quality images, that presents a certain image to their potential customers. They won't want to come in and risk confirming that the food is as bad as the lighting in that cellphone photo, even if it actually is top notch.
Good photography is key to successfully reaching new customers, and that's where Raeley comes in. For us at Grounded, we had a website and Facebook page, but they were just okay. They didn't convey the effort and care we put into each drink. Raeley worked with us to develop a style of photography that lives up to our products. She has helped us tell the story of Grounded and the people who visit. She listened to our desires, guided our vision with her creative eye, and then accurately captured it in film.
