Currently, I'm taking a class under Dr. Jose Betancourt on digital photography. Our first assignment was to capture direct and diffused light separately. As I have recently opened a new chapter in life - my surroundings and how I spend my time have changed almost completely.
If you can't tell, I'm living in an apartment complex, we are still unpacking boxes and writing thank you notes. So far, the prized decoration in my house is my table centerpiece. Our walls are bare because I do so much studying for school at UAH - which is becoming less like a mysterious unknown hallway, and more like home. It's fairly lonely, living in a new city with not so many friends, but I get to spend the end of each day with my best friend. I'm so thankful for my friendly classmates, RUF, and the ballroom/west coast community because I can tell that some lasting friendships might be in the making.
